Ingredients

1 bunch Green Onion (green parts only)
1 bunch garlic chives
1 Bunch Cilantro
3 Jalapeños
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup Oil
1 cup Greek Yogurt
2tbs True Lime, Garlic, Cilantro Seasoning Blend
1tsp Salt
2lbs Chicken thighs

Directions

Blend everything together into a smooth paste.
Coat your chicken completely in the marinade and let sit over night.
Make sure you have you grill very hot, you can test by hovering your hand over the grill (please don’t touch the grill, be 6 inches above it) you shouldn’t be able to hold your hand over the grill for longer than 1 second.
When grilling your chicken thighs make sure the grill is very hot, you want to hear that sizzle when you place it on the grill, and cook your chicken 3 min on each side, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
1/2 in - 3 minutes on each side
3/4 in - 5 minutes on each side
1 in - 7 minutes on each side
Let your chicken rest for half of the time that it took to cook. And enjoy!!!
