Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoon butter, softened

1 tablespoon True Lime Garlic Cilantro Spice Blend
1 teaspoon minced seeded jalapeno pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
4 (6-ounce) red snapper or other firm white fish fillets
Cooking spray
Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover and chill.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of the fish with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray.
- Add fish to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Plate the fish, and serve with the butter mixture on the side. Garnish with fresh or grilled vegetables.
