I think everyone has their own Chimichurri recipe, but what makes this one different is the use of broccoli. And charring the broccoli first takes it to another level.

Ingredients
- 4oz Broccolini
- 1 Shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 oz Parsley
- 2 oz Cilantro

1/2 tbs True Lime
- 2 tbs capers
- 2 tbs caper juice
- 1 tbs Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Directions
Get a grill (or cast iron skillet) super hot. You should see it smoking.
Once you see the smoke, place your broccolini down for 1 min. It will char. Then flip to the other side and cook for 1 more min. Once you have received the desired level of delicious chariness remove from heat and set aside.
In a food processor add all the ingredients except for salt and oil.
Blend everything together then slowly drizzle in the oil.
Once finished season with salt to taste.
