Roast plenty - this buttery corn is a family favorite! This recipe makes enough for 8 ears of corn.

Ingredients
8 medium ears of sweet corn
- 1 cup butter, softened

2 tablespoons True Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- Chopped fresh chives (optional, as garnish)
Directions
- Carefully peel back corn husks to within 1 in. of bottoms; remove silk.
- Re wrap corn in husks and secure with kitchen string.
- Place in a large kettle; cover with cold water.
- Soak for 20 minutes; drain.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine butter and True Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend; set aside. Grill corn, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning often.
- Serve with butter mixture, and garnish with fresh chives if desired.
