Cranberry Citrus Glazed Bread

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs

1 packet True Orange
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter spray.
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and then stir in one packet of True Orange.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk into the egg mixture. Gently add in the nuts and cranberries.
- Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the sugar and one packet of True Orange with the vanilla extract. Spoon glaze over loaf once it has cooled.
