Make a big batch of this seasoning, and you'll be ready to go for seasoning ribs and pork anytime.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, sweet or hot
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried, granulated garlic

1 packet of True Lemon
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Store in an air tight container up to 6 months.
Recipe Note
This dry spice rub is fantastic on chicken or pork. It will cover 3 pounds of chicken or 3 full slabs of pork ribs. It's easy to rub on chicken in the morning before going into work! Submitted by Lori Wentling of Fairfield OH.
