Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk (or nut milk)
-
2 packets of True Lemon
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender, and blend on high until smooth.
Serve immediately.
