Ingredients
- For the crust:Â
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- For the filling:Â
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs

6 packets True Lemon dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- For the crust:
- In a bowl, combine crumbs, nuts, and sugar; stir in butter.
- Press onto the bottom of a greased 10-inch springform pan; set aside.
- For the filling:
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, beating on low speed just until combined.
- Add True Lemon and vanilla; beat just until blended.
- Pour mixture into crust.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower oven temp to 350, and bake for another 60 min.
- Turn oven off and crack oven door, leave cake in oven 30 min. Cool on rack, then overnight in refrigerator.
- Decorate as desired - fresh fruit is best. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing.
