Packed with flavor, this True Lemon herb hummus comes together in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas (drain and save 1/4 cup liquid)
- 1/4 cup tahini or peanut butter

1 teaspoon (4 packets) True Lemon
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Crush garlic and saute in 1 teaspoon olive oil until translucent.
- Transfer to food processor and blend with olive oil, chickpeas, liquid, tahini, True Lemon, cumin and parsley.
- Season with salt. Pour into bowl and top with paprika.
Recipe Note
Enjoy as a filling snack with baked pita chips or fresh veggies.
