Ingredients
1.5 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed
2 red onions sliced
6-8 cloves garlic chopped fine
2 cups frozen or fresh cleaned methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
1 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp cumin-coriander powder

4 sachets of True Lemon
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Directions
Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook for a few minutes until light sear.
Add all dry spices, salt, and fenugreek leaves.
Sauté uncovered on medium flame until fenugreek is cooked and tender.
Top with True Lemon.
