A tangy, sweet yet tart honey-lime coating gives these wings a wonderful taste! They'll be a hit at your next Superbowl party.

Ingredients
- 18-20 chicken wings

2 packets of True Lime
- 2 tablespoon sherry
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Directions
- Split 18-20 whole chicken wings into upper and lower portions, discarding tips.
- In a gallon sized zip-lock bag, mix True Lime and cooking sherry; add honey, minced fresh garlic, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, andhot sauce.
- Add wing pieces, close the bag and toss, then chill in refrigerator 6-24 hours.
- When ready to cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In another gallon sized zip-lock bag, place flour and ground cayenne pepper, then transfer marinated wings a few at a time. Shake each batch until well coated, and transfer to a wire rack on a baking sheet that's well coated with nonstick spray.
- Place in the oven and cook for 30-minutes total, turning once halfway through.
Serve with a side of plain yogurt mixed with more True Lime, for dipping!
