This white fish is a light and nutritious food for a summertime dinner. Wonderful when served with a side of fresh fruit, a light salad, or even flaked for fish tacos!

Ingredients
- 4 fresh Tilapia fillets, cleaned and boned
- Butter-flavored cooking spray
- 4 teaspoons dill weed
-
4 teaspoons of True Lemon Pepper
Directions
- Spray foil with butter-flavored cooking spray and place on cookie sheet.
- Lay fillets slightly apart on foil and sprinkle with dill weed and True Lemon Pepper, dividing equally on top of each fillet.
- Gently form foil into a pocket and place on a grill over medium-high heat.
- Close the lid and check after 20 minutes. Fish flakes easily when it's done!
Recipe Note
Don't have a grill? These fillets cook up easily when fried in a pan with butter-flavored cooking spray.
