True Citrus Tea with Hibiscus & Goji Berries

Whether or not Goji berries are as miraculous for health as some claim, their nut-like taste gives an interesting flavor to this exotic iced tea.
Diabetic Foodie
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons goji berries
- 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 cinnamon stick

1 packet True LemonÂ

1 packet True OrangeÂ
- 1 quart boiling water
- Fruit (such as strawberries or melon), or fresh mint (as garnish)
Directions
Combine goji berries, hibiscus flowers, agave nectar, cinnamon stick, and contents of True Lemon and True Orange packets in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over. Let steep for at least 30 minutes. Whisk, then strain into a pitcher. Serve over ice and garnish with fruit slices orfresh mint.
