Ingredients
- 3 bananas, frozen
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey

4 packets True Lemon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Combine bananas, yogurt, coconut milk, honey, turmeric, and True Lemon into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add chia seeds, blend again, and enjoy! Serves 2
