True Lime Avocado Pineapple-Mint Smoothie

This super healthy and delicious enzyme-rich smoothie will keep you feeling light and energetic all morning. Drink up!
True Citrus
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe pineapple, diced
- 1/2 large ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh spinach leaves

2 packets of True LimeÂ
- 1 cup fresh orange juice (or just enough to facilitate good blending)
- 5-6 ice cubes
Directions
- Peel and chop the pineapple* and avocado into chunks. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy.
- Serve in a glass with a sprig or two of fresh mint and enjoy!
Recipe Note
*When blending pineapple it is good to run the blender for a little longer to try to smooth out the fibrous parts as much as possible.
