True Orange Shrimp and Green Apple Salad

A simply fresh and healthy salad that's packed with protein. It is incredibly refreshing on a warm spring or summer day!
True Citrus
Ingredients
12 ounces cooked shelled shrimp
1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced

4 packets of True Orange dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
1 head red or green leaf lettuce, torn into pieces
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts (for garnish)
Sliced cherry tomatoes (as garnish, optional)
Salt & pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the shrimp, Granny Smith apple, True Orange juice, olive oil, and hot pepper sauce.
Add the leaf lettuce, and season with salt & pepper.
Divide onto two serving plates, and garnish with pine nuts and optional tomatoes for color.
